MODEL 105-40

This is a glass cabinet mortise lock from the XIEHE brand, specifically designed for frameless glass display cabinets, wine cabinets, jewelry cases, or storage lockers.

Appearance & Material

The entire lock body is constructed from high-hardness zinc alloy or stainless steel, with a multi-layer chrome-plated and polished finish that delivers a delicate, mirror-like sheen and a smooth, cool-to-the-touch surface.

This material and craftsmanship not only give the lock excellent rust and corrosion resistance, but also enhance its scratch and wear resistance, ensuring it remains bright and new even after long-term use.

The cylindrical main body, paired with metal mounting tabs with holes on both sides, creates a clean, streamlined look that balances industrial aesthetics with practicality.

Structure & Function

Mortise-style installation: It features an embedded mounting design. All you need to do is drill a matching circular hole in the corresponding position on the glass cabinet door, then insert the lock body into it. No additional slotting or complex processing of the glass is required, making the installation process simple and efficient.

Pin tumbler lock core: The lock incorporates a precision copper pin tumbler core, used with a dedicated key. When the key is inserted and turned, it drives the internal locking bolt mechanism to extend or retract, precisely controlling the opening and closing of the cabinet door for secure storage.

Lock bolt & fixation design: The protruding cylindrical lock bolt fits accurately into the lock hole on the opposing cabinet door, ensuring tightness and stability when the door is closed. The metal tabs on both sides can be further secured with screws to prevent the lock from shaking or shifting when the door is opened or closed.
