MODEL 318

This is a serrated sliding glass cabinet lock (also known as a display cabinet serrated lock or sliding glass cabinet door lock), a locking device specifically designed for sliding glass doors.

Core Structure

Lock Body: Made of zinc alloy with a chrome-plated surface, giving it a bright silver finish that is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Serrated Lock Plate: A long metal plate with a serrated structure. When the key is turned, the lock plate's teeth engage to secure the door, and the serrated design also increases resistance to prying.

Lock Cylinder and Key: Features a cylindrical lock cylinder paired with a dedicated key, available in both "master key" (one key for multiple locks) and "individual key" (one key for a single lock) configurations.

Glass Clamp Base: Used to fix the lock to the edge of the glass door. It requires no large holes in the glass and is secured via a clamping structure and screws, fitting glass thicknesses of 4–8mm.

Functions and Features

Drill-Free Installation: The lock is fixed to the glass via a clamping structure, eliminating the need to damage the glass or cabinet frame and making installation easy.

Sliding Door Compatibility: Designed specifically for left-right sliding glass doors. When the door is closed, the serrated lock plate engages with the slot on the other door to achieve locking.

Security Protection: Effectively prevents unauthorized access when locked, making it ideal for protecting items in display cabinets, tobacco and alcohol cabinets, mobile phone counters, etc.

Smooth Operation: When unlocked, the serrated lock plate does not hinder the normal sliding of the glass door, ensuring smooth opening and closing.

Installation Points

Fix the clamp base of the lock body to the edge of one glass door and tighten the screws to ensure a firm grip.

Adjust the position of the other door so that the two doors are aligned, allowing the lock plate to smoothly engage with the corresponding slot.

Confirm the direction of the lock cylinder (with the straight edge facing the opening), ensure the serrations are facing upward, and tighten the fixing screws to complete installation.
