This XIEHE rotating-bolt drilled glass cabinet lock is an embedded lock specially designed for glass cabinets. It features a rotating bolt structure and requires a standard mounting hole to be drilled into the glass. Once installed, the lock body sits flush with the glass surface, ensuring both anti-theft stability and the transparent, aesthetic appearance of the glass cabinet.

Rotating Bolt Structure

The bolt is made of metal. When the key is inserted and rotated 90°, the bolt rotates synchronously and locks firmly into the slot of the cabinet frame. This locking method distributes force more evenly than traditional telescopic bolts, effectively resisting prying and providing more reliable anti-theft performance.

Embedded Drilled Installation

A matching-size mounting hole must be drilled into the glass. The lock body fits flush with the glass surface with no protruding parts, eliminating leverage points for forced prying while preserving the cabinet's overall transparency and display effect.

High-Strength Durable Materials

The lock cylinder housing is made of thickened engineering plastic with a wear-resistant surface treatment, offering corrosion resistance and long-lasting color retention. The rotating bolt is crafted from cold-rolled steel with a rust-proof finish, capable of withstanding frequent rotational wear without deformation or jamming over time.

Precision Lock Cylinder

Equipped with a precision pin tumbler lock cylinder, it ensures high-precision engagement between the key and lock cylinder, resulting in a low mutual opening rate. Installation & Usage

Installation Steps

Mark the drilling position on the glass cabinet door according to the lock body dimensions, then drill the mounting hole using a professional glass drill bit.

Insert the lock body into the glass hole and secure it from the inside with the included fasteners, ensuring a tight, wobble-free fit against the glass.

Test the bolt by rotating the key, and adjust the lock position so that the bolt aligns precisely with the slot in the cabinet frame when rotated.

Usage

Insert the key and rotate it 90° clockwise to extend the rotating bolt and lock the door; rotate it 90° counterclockwise to retract the bolt and unlock, ensuring smooth and stable operation.
