A drawer lock is a small lock specifically used to lock drawers and protect the safety of internal items. It is widely used in homes, offices, industries and other scenarios. According to its structure and purpose, it can be divided into three core types to meet different needs.

First, the cam-type drawer lock is the most common and cost-effective type. When the lock core rotates, it drives the cam to expand and contract to achieve locking and unlocking. It is suitable for most wooden and metal drawers, easy to install, and commonly used in office file cabinets and household wardrobe drawers. Second, the pin-type drawer lock has higher security. It achieves unlocking through the precise matching of pins and keys, and its anti-prying performance is better than that of the cam-type. It is suitable for drawers storing valuables, such as jewelry cabinets and confidential file cabinets.

There is also the hidden drawer lock. The lock body is embedded inside the drawer with no obvious keyhole on the surface, which has strong aesthetics. It is often used in high-end furniture and custom drawers, which can prevent theft without damaging the overall appearance of the furniture. In addition, according to the opening method, drawer locks can also be divided into key-type, password-type and fingerprint-type. Among them, the key-type is the most popular, while the password-type and fingerprint-type are more suitable for scenarios with high requirements for convenience and security.
