This XIEHE drawer lock is a hardware locking device specially designed for various types of drawers. It features a classic metal construction, with the bolt extending and retracting vertically as the key is turned, enabling the locking and unlocking of drawers. It is a commonly used safety accessory for office cabinets, filing cabinets, and household drawers.

Core Structure & Working Principle

Main Body: The lock body is made of cold-rolled steel sheet through integral stamping, with a rust-proof surface treatment for excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Its square design ensures a tight fit with the drawer panel after installation, preventing loosening.

Bolt Design: The bolt uses a precision gear transmission mechanism. When the key is inserted into the cylinder and rotated, the bolt moves vertically. In the locked state, the bolt extends downward into the cabinet's lock hole, securely holding the drawer in place. When unlocked, the bolt retracts upward, allowing the drawer to slide open smoothly.

Lock Cylinder: Equipped with a brass cylinder and precision pin tumbler mechanism, it offers excellent anti-pry performance. The keys feature a unique tooth profile, ensuring that keys from different locks are not interchangeable and enhancing security.

Installation & Usage

Installation: It uses a flush-mounted design. Simply drill a hole at the corresponding position on the drawer panel, embed the lock body, and secure it with the included screws. The installation process is quick and easy, fitting most standard drawer sizes.
